All of our scaffolding equipment is manufactured right here in Australia from industrial grade aluminium. Recently, aluminium scaffold has become more popular due to its lightweight, making it easier to maneuver around the jobsite, and is also quicker to erect saving you both time and money. There are multiple combinations which enable you to build the scaffold upto 25 meters high, making this system practical for almost all jobs.

Steel Vs Aluminium

There is much debate about steel or aluminium scaffold. We like to keep it simple and run with the facts and those facts are that:

Aluminium lasts longer than steel
Is quicker to erect and dismantle due to its light weight
Aluminium will not corrode/rust (keeps your jobsite looking professional and clean)
May be cheaper to transport (due to the light weight, you can use a ute/ trailer to transport your equipment) which helps minimise cost blow-outs.

Standard Features

Standards form the vertical supports or uprights. Made from structural aluminium, the standards stack vertically and are locked together with the scaffold wedge at the end of ledgers and transoms. The lengths are from a 0.175m topper, 1.0m, 1.5m, 2.0m, 2.5m, 3.0m, 4.0m, 5.0m & 6.0m.
Ledgers and transoms come in the following lengths: 0.3m, 0.5m, 0.7m, 1.2m, 1.8m, 2.4m and 3.0m.
Polymer Deck – Our high impact polymer deck has been tested to the highest degree and passed all tests over and above the standard requirements. It is light, strong, and requires almost no maintenance. The high impact polymer provides a better presentation for our clients, as the deck can be pressure cleaned and the individual panels can be replaced if damaged. This product is covered by registered design and comes in both 600mm and 450mm wide platforms
Side truss frames are used to transform a 0.7m, 1.2m, 1.8m, 2.4m or 3.0m ledger into a transom to create square bays and load bearing platforms.
Aluminium Stairs – stretcher stairs are designed to be used either as access stairs or stretcher stairs. They come in 1.0m, 1.5m and 2.0m risers. There are no lefts and rights, and all sizes fit into a 2.4m bay. The hand rails and top rails fit into each other and lock two risers together.
Edge Protection – The slab edge protection system provides a fully encapsulated edge protection system with toe boards, mesh guards, hand rail, mid rail and is tested and approved for a 3rd rail at 1.5m high. This system comes with standard bay lengths of 0.5m, 0.7m, 1.2m, 1.8m, and 2.4m spans.
Mesh guards are made from a high impact polymer. They fit the aluminium toeboard system with spring release locks. They fully encapsulate the enitre bay and fit all QA bay lengths.
90° Degree Coupler – Double or Right Angle Couplers. Non Swivel load bearing coupler which connects two Scaffold tubes of 51mm diameter in Right Angles.
Hop up brackets are used with our 450mm wide high impact polymer deck. Hand rails can be fitted to the bracket, and a special ledger hand rail post is available to complete the stop end.
Internal hop up brackets allow for the deck in a 1.2m wide scaffold to be split into 2 levels and still incorporate hand rails, mid rails and toe boards on both levels.
Additional components can be custom designed, made to suit specific jobs at hand.
